Entavise provides AI and IT implementation services including AI automation, internal operations systems, custom CRM & ERP, executive dashboards and business intelligence. Service availability and features may vary based on your engagement or plan.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, providing accurate information, and using our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Entavise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Entavise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.
